Double Tracker Stereo from Mr. Black is an incredible feat of engineering and offers up a unique stereo effect unlike any other. Taking cues from the classic double tracker effect heard in classic 1950's recordings, you get a subtle, yet profound delay added to the signal that fattens up any audio. With the Double tracker Stereo, you get that same effect but with added stereo spatialization: use the Spread to increase that effect and Detune will gently pitch up or down the delayed signal. What makes this stand apart from other offerings is the central Sync/Comp button. When Sync is engaged, the Detune will affect both left and right uniformly, but with Comp engaged, left and right get re-pitched in the opposite directions. Plug in an expression pedal to the EXP jack and enjoy added expressivity, while the Preset footswitch means you can keep your perfect setting neatly tucked away for later.
